Web Sites Limited ("websites.co.nz" the provider of 'Cool Kiwi Email') has the
following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on Web
pages hosted by websites.co.nz and coolkiwi.nz, coolkiwi.co.nz and coolkiwi.com ("Service Pages"). Such information
is received by websites.co.nz and Cool Kiwi Email for the purposes of setting up and administering
the services which you (the "Client" or "End-User") may have requested from Us.

Collection of Personal Information from Children under Eighteen
Cool Kiwi does not allow children known to be under the age of eighteen (18) to register for our services. We may momentarily capture
personally identifiable information for purposes of determining whether
a user is over the age of eighteen (18) and thus qualifies to use
our services. Where the user is under the age of eighteen (18), such
information is automatically deleted.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete
the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions
may include: administering a service, such as email; completing an order; replying
to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission

End-Users can
update their information by using the Contact Page to update their "Personal Info."
End-Users can also correct factual errors in their personally
identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly
documents and explains the error to support@coolkiwi.nz
If you have submitted information on our site but do not currently
have an account with us, you can access and correct the information
that we collect and maintain by contacting us and requesting such
information or correction.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps
to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections

Email Specific Terms and Conditions
Cool Kiwi considers email transmitted via our service to be private
correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will
not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your private communications,
except for reasons provided for in the Terms and Conditions as displayed on our Sign Up Page.
Webmail Specific Terms and Conditions
Webmail is provided in partnership with webmail outsourcing company everyone.net and all end users of the Cool Kiwi Webmail service are also end users of Everyone.net and also subject to Everyone.net's terms and conditions of use and privacy policy which are available on their website at www.everyone.net.
